Deliciously retro, the ham cone recipe is a classic of grandmothers' cooking.
Completely different from the rendering with industrial boxes, this starter with fresh vegetables is very pleasant when it's hot!

Nowadays, this starter is considered obsolete, but in my childhood it was a party starter, the Sunday one, family meals...
1 -Ingredients for 4 persons :
4 slices of white ham
mixed vegetables (homemade is better)
1 small can of corn
1 bunch of chives
1 egg
1 teaspoon of mustard
salt, pepper, oil
optional, a few pine nuts for the crunch
2 - Préparation :
Prepare a mayonnaise with the egg yolk, mustard, salt and pepper and while rising with the oil, add a little chopped chives
Mix the mixed vegetables with the corn and mayonnaise and add the pine nuts if you wish.
Roll up and form a cone with the slices of ham.
Fill the cornet with the preparation of mixed mayonnaise with the help of a spoon.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
